EMAIL RECOMMENDATION
Before you begin
For a smoother process, we recommend creating a new email address to use only for your BridgeCross work. A separate email allows us to assist with account notices and verification steps without interrupting you as often.
When creating new portal accounts, we recommend using this new email address. For existing accounts, please consider updating the email and allowing BridgeCross access to the dedicated inbox during the process. Once the process is complete, we can help you change everything back to your personal email, remove our access, and return full control to you.
Prefer to keep your personal email? That’s completely fine. We may need to contact you more often for verification, which could add a little time to the process, but we are more than happy to accommodate your preference.
